ISTD dance teachers are required to undergo rigorous training and examinations to ensure they are highly knowledgeable and confident to train students of all ages and abilities

 

Tap encourages children to develop their musicality and rhythmical awareness. As we all know children love making noise, making this particular style of dance very popular! Dancers learn a wide variety of rhythms and tonal qualities working on style, technique, accent and accuracy.

Our Students are encouraged to progressively work their way up through the grades to Grade 6 and then continue on to the Vocational levels of Intermediate, Advanced 1 and Advanced 2.
